  • Are there any upfront costs?

    No upfront costs on a contingency basis. If we've built a solid working relationship, we can also discuss a retainer. Either way, our fees are fully transparent from the start.

  • How quickly can you fill a role?

    Average fill time is 2 to 3 weeks from the moment CVs are sent, depending on the candidate's notice period. For senior roles, we've placed a General Manager on a $500k package within 3 weeks.

  • How do you make sure you're sending the right person for the project stage?

    Every candidate goes through a 3-stage process: initial vetting, in-person meeting where possible, and real-world reference checks. We're not sending someone who's only done early-stage work when you need a handover specialist. The project stage is part of the brief from day one.

  • Do you only work on permanent roles?

    Permanent is our focus, but we've placed contractors on fixed-term and temporary arrangements. If you need flexibility, we can work with that.

  • How plugged in are you to the construction market?

    We're network-first. We're always across current and upcoming tenders, talking to candidates and clients daily, and keeping a read on the geographic landscape of the market. Job boards are a last resort, not a first move.

  • Will I be working with Nathan or Vincent directly, or get handed to someone else?

    Always Nathan or Vincent. No one is passed down. That's the whole point of how we operate.

  • What types of roles do you work across?

    White-collar construction, foreman and above. Project Managers, Site Managers, Estimators, Contract Administrators, Development Managers and senior executive roles.

  • What happens after I reach out?

    Either Nathan or Vincent will get back to you within 48 hours to set up an initial call. From there, we understand your experience, tenure, career goals and culture fit, including whether staying put might actually be the right move for now.

  • Will you stay in contact, or go quiet after the first chat?

    We don't disappear. Whether you're actively looking or just keeping options open, we stay in touch. Full transparency throughout, no chasing us for updates.

  • How do I know you'll actually point me toward the right opportunity?

    We won't push you into something that doesn't fit. If a role isn't right for where you want to go, we'll tell you. We work exclusively with candidates we take on so we can actually commit to the process, not just collect your CV.
